Apartment 2 at Luna Patagónica is a unit designed for those who need more space and comfort in Ushuaia, ideal for families or groups traveling together who want a practical, bright and complete stay, with the peace of mind of being assisted by its owners for any need.
It has a maximum capacity for 4 adults and a functional layout: 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, allowing for comfortable rest and better group organization during the trip. As part of Luna Patagónica’s offering, the goal is to provide a “home-like” experience, with real amenities for independent living.
Includes: Wi-Fi, linens (sheets and towels), cleaning, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, TV with cable box, two-burner stovetop, microwave and electric oven, electric toaster and electric kettle, plus a complete set of dishes and utensils (plates, cups, cutlery, glasses, stemware, pots, pans, and Pyrex dish). It also includes practical amenities such as a hair dryer and cleaning supplies (bucket, broom, mop, and floor squeegee).
In terms of security, it features controlled access, fire extinguishers, and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms. Entry is simple: the key is deposited in a locked box next to the door, and the code is given to the owner upon entry.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 15 days before the scheduled date, and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will only receive a 50% refund. However, if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, no refund will be given.
Reservation Management: Via WhatsApp/Instagram: send details with the number of people, name and surname, ID number and/or Passport of the reservation holder.
