It is prepared for up to 4 people.

With a comfortable sofa that converts into two single beds/43-inch Smart TV (with standard cable)./We have a ski rack. Holds up to 4 pairs.

Kitchen

Refrigerator with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, complete set of dishes for 4 people: pots, pans, and other necessary utensils.
Table with 4 stools.
We have cookies, coffee, tea, yerba mate, sugar, sweetener.

Full bathroom

Soap, shampoo and conditioner/Hair dryer/Toilet paper.
Towel and bath towel for each guest.

Bedroom

In the bedroom, a queen-size bed or two single and a half beds can be set up.
We provide sheets and comforters.
Wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Hangers.
32-inch Smart TV.
Blackout curtains for total darkening.

Guest access

I will be able to coordinate the key delivery in person.
We also have a key safe in case I can’t receive them myself, which will be arranged in advance.
Guests will arrive at a heated, glass-enclosed landing.
The apartment is reached by elevator and a bridge is crossed to reach the apartment door.
They will have all the accommodation at their disposal.

Other aspects to take into account

The intercom, while allowing you to communicate with the person ringing the bell, does not allow you to open the building’s door from the apartment.
You need to go down to open the entrance door to the building.
