We have two temporary rental apartments available on the same property. We are located three blocks from the waterfront and just 12 blocks from Av. San Martín, with different services around (supermarket, polirrubros, butcher shops, pharmacies, medical center, and convenience store).

• Capacity for 7 people.

It has 1 large bedroom:

1. With a double bed and two single beds (which can be joined together to make a double bed) – and LED TV. Closet with walled safe.

It has 2 bathrooms (important when all guests are in the house):

1. 1 full bathroom with hair dryer and 3 dispensers in the shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner.
2. Another toilet bathroom.

Full kitchen/dining room: kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster for 4 pieces of toast. Mineral water dispensers. In the large and spacious kitchen/dining room 2 trundle beds and a sofa bed.

• Extra heated place to store ski/snow boards. Store suitcases, shoes, jackets, etc. Closet in the hall.
• Security systems: fire extinguisher, insurance, fire alarm, smoke sensors, emergency lights and cameras outside the property
• Set for children: practice chair, stroller, egg, high chair, baby bathtub, musical game.

We have a luggage storage space and bathrooms for the hours after your check-out until the time of your departure.
